Cable customers to have 24/7 access to German programming via subscription
Centennial, CO/ Fort Myers, FL (November 4, 2008) - Comcast today announced the launch of German television network Deutsche Welle (DW-TV) in the Fort Myers and Naples, FL systems. Deutsche Welle is a top general entertainment network from Germany and is now available in these Comcast areas for $9.95 per month in addition to a cable subscription.
Deutsche Welle: DW-TV offers the latest news from Europe as well as in-depth reports on cultural trends, sports, business and politics. Due to its bilingual programming in German and English, viewers with a connection to or an interest in Germany are provided with unique insights into how the country works and what the people think about world issues. Available on Comcast Digital Cable channel 331.
